All buildings are made of stone, they have tin roofs, plastic windows; exterior walls are insulated and covered with Steni facade slabs. Three buildings were subject to exterior and two houses interior renovation during 1999-2001. The complex represents a former schoolhouse and recreation camp, which was rebuilt in early 2000 in order to establish an asylum.
1. Accommodation building – built in 1999, closed net area 188 m2, 2-storey building. Formerly used as staff building with 4 offices/rooms (13.5 - 17 m2), kitchen, toilet, corridor/stairway hall downstairs and 4 staff recreation rooms with ensuite toilet and shower upstairs. The building is in good condition and ready for use. There is a shed/ancillary room with separate entrance at the back of the house. In principle, it can immediately accommodate 16 people (twin rooms).
2. Accommodation building – built in 2001, closed net area 664.5 m2, 2 storeys + full basement. There are utility rooms (boiler plant, ventilation system installation, main switchboard, ancillary premises, and storage premises in the basement. Downstairs are guestrooms and recreational rooms, kitchen, dining hall, washrooms and toilets, and inventory storage.
Upstairs are guestrooms, washrooms and toilets. Building can immediately accommodate at least 40 people.
The building is in good condition and ready for use. Common rooms have video surveillance system. The building has forced ventilation.
3. Accommodation building – closed net area 976.3 m2, 2-storey former schoolhouse. “Black box” interior finish. Due to high attic, it is possible to gain more space. There is enough room to build another two storeys beneath the roof, reaching total closed net area of ca 1600 m2. Inserted ceilings between the first and second floor are made of cast-in concrete. The house would accommodate at least 70 people, but considering the variety of interior design options that number could be subject to change.
Total closed net area of these three buildings is 1828.8 m2.
The lot also features a cellar with closed net area of 34.2 m2 and a pump house with closed net area of 6.5 m2.
Heating – central heating powered by liquid fuel. Boiler plant output 180 kW.
Electricity – the complex is powered by nearby Jaama substation, main circuit breaker 160 A.
